There is an app for Android and one for iOS, plus a mobile site that needs no installation. This page shows the right route for your device and what each option can and cannot do.
We do not host the app. Download it only from BetWinner's own site or the official app store.

Android: install from an APK file
In many countries the app is not listed on Google Play, so it is installed from a file of roughly 70 MB.

- Allow this one installWhen prompted, permit your browser to install unknown apps. You can switch it off again afterwards.

iPhone and iPad: install from the App Store
On Apple devices the app comes through the App Store where it is available for your region. It is larger than the Android version, at around 260 MB.

- Get the appTap Get and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your Apple ID password.
- Sign inOpen the app and log in. Your balance and open bets are already there.
If the App Store says the app is unavailable, it is not offered in your region's store. The mobile site is the alternative.
On a computer: use the site, or send the link to your phone
The apps are for phones and tablets. On a laptop or desktop the full website does the same job in your browser.

Watch out for fakes. Modified APK files are shared in chat groups and on file sites. They can capture your login and empty your balance. If a link to "the app" reaches you by message, ignore it.

When the app will not cooperate
The usual problems have simple causes. Work through these before contacting anyone.
- Install blocked: allow unknown apps for the browser you downloaded with;
- "App not installed": free up storage, then remove any older version first;
- Stuck on loading: switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then reopen;
- Login fails: reset the password on the website and try again;
- Crashes after an update: reinstall the latest file from the official site.

Why does my phone warn me about the APK?
Android shows a warning for any app installed outside Google Play. It is expected, provided the file came from the bookmaker's own site and not from a third party.
How do I update the Android app?
The app usually prompts you when a new version is out. Accept the prompt, or download the latest APK from the bookmaker's site and install it over the old one.
Can I use the same account on phone and computer?
